I offer a small number of deliberately bounded interventions designed to help organisations improve work without disruption, dependency, or big programmes

The aim is not to add activity, frameworks, or initiatives but to create clarity and remove a small amount of unnecessary friction

Team Based Continuous Improvement Workshop (One Day)

This is a one day, in house workshop designed for operational teams with real constraints: compliance, handovers, approvals, queues, and work that cannot simply pause while improvement happens.

Before the workshop, we agree with managers what teams can act on themselves, what sits outside scope, and how ideas will be handled.

What to expect

One day in house or virtual workshop

Up to 12 participants

Focus on real work, not abstract exercises

Clear boundaries agreed in advance with managers

To avoid confusion, this is not:

  • a diagnostic exercise

  • a transformation programme

  • a set of recommendations

  • a route to follow on consultancy

The intention is to build practical capability that stays in house

Which should you choose?

Choose the one day workshop if you want teams to build confidence in improving their own work and addressing everyday frustrations.

Choose the half day session if something feels stuck and you want clarity before deciding what to change.

Not every problem needs a programme.  Sometimes it just needs a little space to be seen clearly.
